Why the Co-Working Collaborative Referral Training Workshops Work…



Let’s say each of the 12 participants enters the training with 100 on their individual databases. When they have completed the training and the exercises, they have the skills, knowledge and confidence in each other to access 1,100 additional contacts.

And be recommended to them.



Your Co-Working Space clients have databases full of customers. However, each of your clients operates those databases in isolation.

Our training teaches them how to refer from those contacts to others in the Co-Working Space in a collaborative manner.



The workshop teaches communication skills that make referring business very easy. This happens via a series of training exercises that build unity of purpose to form a team mentality.

When the team mentality takes over, the Co-Working Space has stable clients. That’s good for everyone!
