Why the Collaborative Co-Working Referral Training Workshops Work…
Let’s say each of the 12 participants enters the training with 100 on their individual databases. When they have completed the training and the exercises, each has the skills, knowledge and confidence in the others to access 1,100 additional contacts.

Your Co-Working Space clients have databases full of customers. However, each of your clients operates those databases in isolation.
Our training teaches them how to refer from those contacts to others in the Co-Working Space in a collaborative manner.
The workshop teaches communication skills that gives referring business a process. This happens via a series of training exercises that also build unity of purpose to form a team mentality.
